Drawing inspiration from the surrounding landscape and its dramatic seasonal transformation, Laetitia Carontini signature chocolate inspired baked goods menu comprises a series of tasting dishes presented in the most artistic ways. Truffles, Bonbons and tartlets are featured, enhanced by locally produced hand-picked fruits.

Some of the elements on the tasting menu take hours of preparation, while other ingredients are selected daily.
